Your projects will be managed by Amy and the tasks will be completed by a member of the ABIDE team. We will set up a monthly meeting to check in and plan your content for the following month. Between our meetings, you can get in touch with us anytime via Voxer! All responsibilities for each member of the team will be laid out in Asana. That way you’ll always know the status your projects. Clear communication is super important to us!

  • No! We are here to serve you for as long as you need us. We just require a 30-day notice should you choose to end your working relationship with us.

  • Yes! We highly value referrals, so as a thank you, we offer 15% off the next invoice to any existing client that sends a new client our way (new client must sign a contract in order to receive the discount). That new client will also receive 15% off their first month!

  • We send invoices on the last weekday of each month! You can pay via card or bank transfer and payments are due within 5 days.
